Secrets of global flying - exercise
Updated February 01, 2019 by CJ
Exercise will help you maximise your travel.
If exercise is part of your daily routine, shift that to the new timezone to help you beat jetlag. Of the many benefits of exercise, maintaining your personal routine should be right there at the top for helping you get over jetlag.
Keep up your routine when you travel: If you normally exercise first thing in the morning after breakfast, keep doing so. Your body will be trained to expect the exercise, adjust itself, and you’ll feel great doing it. If you can combine it with some sunshine, even better!
